01 General Terms & Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the lucky888 website at lucky888.sx, along with all associated mobile apps and related services.
• "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with lucky888.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total credits available in a player's account at any given time, including real money and eligible bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required for security purposes and compliance with international regulations.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the player and lucky888. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

02 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the lucky888 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Only have one account active at any one time. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.

• Lucky888 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Any fees charged by banks or payment providers are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 minutes for e-wallets and 1–24 hours for bank transfers, depending on the bank's operating hours.
• Players must have completed the KYC process before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method for security and anti-money laundering purposes.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

06 Prohibited Conduct

Lucky888 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward dishonest behaviour. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registration more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Use of automation software, bots, or third-party scripts to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Attempting to hack, attack the platform's infrastructure, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

A player's account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• Terms Violation — lucky888 reserves the right to close any account that violates any provision of these terms.
• Inactive account — Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive and may be subject to a monthly administrative fee.
• Responsible Gaming — Players who apply for a self-cooling-off or self-exclusion period will have their accounts suspended for the requested duration.

For accounts closed voluntarily and in good standing, any eligible net balance will be returned to the player via an approved withdrawal method.

08 Lucky888 Liability Limit

Lucky888 strives to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, lucky888 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from disruptions to the player's internet service.
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of an account due to the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Incompatibility of the player's software or device with the Lucky888 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.

In all circumstances, Lucky888's maximum liability to any player is limited to the value of that player's active deposits within the 30 days preceding the claim.

09 Responsible Gaming

Lucky888 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-control tools to help players maintain control over their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Temporary Pause — Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you need a break.

10 Terms Amendment & Governing Law
